Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to load trucks, crushers, and stockpiles with aggregates.
• Perform pre-shift inspections of equipment, including fluids, tires, and controls; report malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area around loader and loading zones.
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE; follow traffic control plans.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers, plant operators, and quarry personnel to coordinate loading.
