Harrison Aggregates is seeking a dependable Quarry Laborer in Waynesville, NC. This full-time position entails general quarry labor under foreman supervision, strict adherence to safety policies, daily pre-shift inspections, and teamwork to support operations in all weather conditions.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to follow verbal instructions, and willingness to work overtime or relocate as needed. High school education or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Follow all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report repairs.
• Inspect equipment and safety items at end of shift.
• Grease and maintain equipment as required.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently under foreperson instruction.
• Work well in a team and adapt to schedule or location changes.
• Must wear PPE and adhere to MSHA guidelines.
• Physical tasks including climbing, lifting, and long hours outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and submit reports.

• Grease equipment as needed and perform minor adjustments.
• Operate equipment safely under foreperson guidance.
• Display professionalism and teamwork in all duties.
• Be flexible with schedule changes and overtime when required.
