Qualifications

• Must have proven experience operating heavy equipment in quarry or similar setting.
• Valid certification to operate heavy machinery.
• Working knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform minor repairs.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• High level of physical fitness and stamina.
• Willingness to undergo SRM pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers, front-end loaders, excavators and other quarry machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Coordinate with site management to move materials per safety specs and project plans.
• Adjust equipment settings to meet project requirements.
• Identify maintenance needs to minimize downtime and keep productivity high.
• Keep work areas clean and report safety incidents or hazards.
• Participate in ongoing safety training and adhere to policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely completion of projects.
