APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, seeks a Quarry Haul Truck Driver / Groundman for construction sites in Mississippi. The role involves safely operating heavy equipment, following Foreman directions, and performing inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years loader operations experience, willingness to travel, and the ability to work nights or weekends as required. Compliance with OSHA/MSHA and proper PPE usage is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience in the construction field and/or training.
• Two to Five years' experience in loader operations preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Willingness to work in outdoor environments and adhere to safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment used in pit and mining operations.
• Report problems to your manager.
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and co-workers.
• Perform daily pre- and post inspections with proper documentation.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees on operations and maintenance.
• Perform general labor duties as needed.
