Job summary

North Texas Natural Select Materials, LLC is seeking experienced Equipment Operators for our McKinney Airport Quarry. The role involves safely operating heavy equipment to move, load, and stockpile material across the site.

Day and night shifts are available, with on-site work in McKinney, TX. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, basic English literacy, and the ability to meet physically demanding tasks; willingness to work 5 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic English to read safety and work instructions.
• Must be able to meet physical demands (lift up to 25 lb; walk, bend, push, pull).
• Available for 5 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday–Saturday.
• Exposure to machines and noise is common.

Responsibilities

• Transport and load materials.
• Maintain the truck in good working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations).
• Report mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
