Job summary

Allan Myers Inc. is seeking a dependable maintenance helper to support quarry operations. You will lift, carry and organize building materials, clean tools and assist with general maintenance tasks on site.

Requirements include a GED/HS diploma or related work experience, 1–2 years on construction sites, and a valid driver’s license. Cutting/welding or trade-school experience is a plus, and on-the-job training will be provided for equipment such as skid steers and loaders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience on construction sites.
• GED/High School diploma or related work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Cutting and Welding experience is a plus but not required.
• Trade school experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of tasks to support the maintenance at the quarry.
• Lifts, carries and holds building materials, tools and supplies.
• Cleans tools, materials and work areas.
• Uses skid steer, water truck, stand-on loader, and haul truck (training provided).
