Job summary

Allan Myers Inc. is seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to join our quarry team. This on-site, non-exempt role requires operating multiple heavy construction machines while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of equipment operating experience required.
• Related work experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy construction equipment safely (e.g., 980M, 972M, 336 Excavator with bucket and hammer, A-35 haul truck, skid steer, Freightliner water truck).
• Performs equipment maintenance tasks such as cleaning, greasing and oiling machines.
• Discusses daily plans with field manager and determines safe, efficient methods to complete work on time.
• Judges and selects the most efficient operation of equipment and attachments.
• Complies with Allan Myers policies including Equipment repair procedures and safety standards.
