Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of equipment operating experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) a plus.
• Related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operates one or more types of heavy construction equipment (e.g., 980M, 972M, 336 Excavator, A-35 haul truck, skid steer, Freightliner water truck).
• Performs routine maintenance: cleaning, greasing, oiling machines.
• Discusses daily plan with field manager to complete work safely, accurately, on time.
• Judges most efficient operation of equipment and attachments.
• Complies with company policies on equipment maintenance and safety, including 'Home Safe Tonight'.
