Job summary

Google LLC in Goleta, CA is seeking a Share Systems Yield Engineer for the Quantum AI program. You will drive development and execution of comprehensive tests to characterize yield and reliability of critical components, and create innovative fixtures for room temperature and cryogenic environments.

You will work closely with software and hardware teams to ensure traceable test data, enabling rapid decisions, and you will partner across QAI teams to keep test coverage aligned with fast hardware

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in EE/CS/Physics or related field.
3 years of experience with electrical testing.
3 years of experience using statistical and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of testing to characterize yield and reliability of components and assemblies.
Develop test methods and fixtures for room temperature and cryogenic environments.
Collaborate with software and hardware teams to ensure traceable test and yield data.
Partner with multiple QAI teams to keep test coverage up to date with hardware advances.
Support rapid decision-making with accessible test data.
