The role includes leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and shaping technical strategies while delivering results that advance process development, fabrication, and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4-5 years of relevant industry experience with a BS degree; OR 2-4 years with MS; OR 1-2 years with PhD.
• Demonstrated expertise within a specialized technical discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Experience working in project teams and collaborating across functions.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex, novel, and non-recurring engineering problems.
• Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and technical solutions.
• Contribute as a recognized technical expert within a specialized discipline and provide guidance on critical engineering decisions.
• Execute and support projects ranging from focused technical initiatives to key workstreams within larger programs.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve technical and business objectives.
• Mentor, train, and guide team members on technical skills, tools, and best practices.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to intellectual property development, including invention disclosures and patent submissions.
• Support the generation of technical publications, conference presentations, and journal papers.
