Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Quantum Information Science Physicist (PhD) for a remote contract role. The position aims to tackle complex quantum information problems to enhance AI model reasoning, with independent, asynchronous work and flexible hours.

Compensation is $80–$110 per hour for an 8 to 10 week engagement, at 10 hours per week. Remote work enables collaboration with AI research teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• English at B2 or above, including written reasoning.
