Job summary

Oratomic is seeking an inventory manager / material handler to own the flow of equipment from the loading dock to the lab. You will keep inventory records, maintain a well-organized stockroom, monitor and replenish stocks, receive freight, unpack and stage sensitive hardware, and assist with installation.

You will work closely with scientists and engineers to ensure everything needed to build a quantum computer is on hand, findable, and ready when it's needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in a lab or similar environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for long periods.
• Forklift certification required or willing to certify before start.

Responsibilities

• Own the flow of equipment from loading dock to lab and keep inventory accurate.
• Receive freight, unpack, and stage sensitive hardware for installation.
• Maintain organized stockroom and replenish components as needed.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to ensure parts are on hand.
