Job summary

Oratomic, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Purchasing Lead to own end-to-end procurement for our quantum computing program. You will turn team requests into same-day orders, track lead times, and chase confirmations and late shipments.

You will manage vendor quotes, expedite when needed, handle international orders and customs, and reconcile invoices against POs through payment, building long-term partnerships with suppliers while collaborating with scientists and engineers.

Job description

We're looking for someone to own purchasing end to end — turning team requests into same-day orders, tracking lead times, chasing confirmations and late shipments, corresponding with vendors on quotes and expedites, managing international orders and customs, and reconciling invoices against POs through to payment. You'll work closely with a team of scientists and engineers in a fast-paced environment, owning vendor relationships and long-term partnerships while ensuring the seamless acquisition of all equipment needed to build a quantum computer.

• $130,000-$200,000/year depending on experience
