Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in quantum error correction research and development (1+ years).
• Proficiency in C++, Python, or similar languages for software tools development.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software codes for Intel quantum hardware constraints.
• Research and develop quantum error correction protocols for fault tolerant systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to assess feasibility and drive solutions.
• Explore hardware/software trade-offs to optimize quantum error correcting codes.
• Provide technical leadership to teams and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and translate insights into strategies.
