Atom Computing, Inc. is seeking a Research Intern to contribute to the architecture and strategy of error correction on neutral-atom quantum computers.

You will join the Quantum Error Correction team to tackle questions related to fault-tolerant quantum computing and to translate concepts into demonstrations on actual hardware. Ideal candidates are pursuing a PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields, with experience in quantum error correction theory or experiments, and

• Currently pursuing a PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with quantum error correction theory or experiment.
• Proficient in Python and Git for research workflows

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to new and ongoing research projects related to quantum error correction and fault tolerance.
• Work with the Quantum Error Correction team to tackle targeted questions and design experiments
