Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder, home to the CUbit Quantum Initiative, is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to drive Q-SCALE, a multi-year quantum education and workforce development program. This role reports to CUbit leadership and will coordinate activities across experiential learning, micro-credential development, industry engagement, and community college partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, program administration, or related roles.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Q-SCALE program across its three phases (2026-2028).
• Track achievements, timelines, and dependencies with CUbit leadership.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and meeting notes.
