The CUbit Quantum Initiative at the University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to support the Q-SCALE initiative, a multi-year quantum education and workforce development program.

You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate with faculty, industry partners, and two-year colleges, and report progress to CUbit leadership, ensuring on-time delivery and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or program administration.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for the Q-SCALE program across three phases (2026-2028).
• Coordinate with regional partners, colleges, labs, and funders.
• Report achievements, timelines, and dependencies with CUbit leadership.
• Lead coordination among faculty, industry partners, and two-year colleges.
