Job summary

IntaPeople is recruiting a Customer Success Physicist in the United States (Chicago) to support world-leading customers across academia, research, and industry. This role blends deep experimental physics with frontline customer interaction to maximise the performance of advanced quantum control technologies.

You will work with researchers and engineering teams, helping customers implement, optimise, and troubleshoot systems, and act as a trusted technical advisor through the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• PhD in Physics or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experimental experience with neutral atoms, trapped-ion, superconducting, or spin qubit systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers with implementation, optimisation, and troubleshooting
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
• Collaborating with customer R&D and product teams to run successful experiments
