Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level Quantum 1 - Laborer (Non-Driver) to assist skilled trades, perform general labor, and operate hand and power tools on construction and utility projects.

No prior experience is required; you will be trained. Must lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk/bend for long periods, and work flexible hours including overtime and weekends. Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials.
• Assist skilled workers such as pipefitters, electricians, welders, and heavy equipment operators with their daily tasks.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently, as directed.
• Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up equipment.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
• Spot heavy equipment and vehicles on job sites to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
• Flag traffic and pedestrians around construction zones as required.
• Participate in daily safety briefings and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to a supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
