Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Laborer Renewable to perform a range of manual tasks supporting solar and wind project construction and maintenance. This role involves outdoor, physical labor across diverse sites and weather conditions, contributing to safe, efficient project execution.

You will dig trenches, move materials, assist trades, load/unload equipment, and help with solar panel installation and site infrastructure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, general labor, or outdoor work is an asset.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for some positions.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects in various locations.
