An independent and award-winning Property Consultancy in Margate is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their office. You'll manage projects from inception to completion, build strong client relationships and deliver successful commercial outcomes.

The role suits someone with JCT/NEC contract experience and MRICS or APC progress, offering APC support and clear progression in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline is required.
• Ideally 3+ years' Quantity Surveyor experience in a consultancy/PQS.
• MRICS or APC in progress is preferred.
• Experience managing projects independently through multiple stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through to completion.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Work with JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Take ownership of projects and develop your career in a supportive environment.
