Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to join their Welkom team, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will manage all costs on building and civil projects from initial estimates to final accounts, working closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to keep projects on budget and quality.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with familiarity with contract law and cost estimation software.

• Professional accreditation is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Analyse methods and materials to determine costs and provide value engineering advice.

About the Role
