• A real track record of original and impactful research in academic or professional settings.
• Deep practical experience with deep learning, large language models, or advanced neural networks.
• Highly proficient programming skills in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• You do not need to know finance yet.

What You Will Do

You will dive into vast datasets to invent entirely new trading strategies from scratch. You will apply deep neural networks, large language models, and advanced prompt engineering to discover market signals that no one else sees. It is an open, highly intellectual room where AI experts and trading veterans share ideas freely to find new ways to capture alpha.

What We Need From You
