Job summary

All Options in Austin, TX is seeking motivated undergraduates for a 10-week internship that drops you into real quantitative trading and research challenges on our live desks.

During the program you will train on options theory, market microstructure, and pricing models, rotate through trading and research tasks, and work with mentors to tackle live projects while gaining a comprehensive view of how a prop trading firm operates.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028, junior grade-level or higher.
• Open to full-time opportunities upon graduation.
• A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading.
• Exceptional numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in or eagerness to learn Python.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Available for an internship starting in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Complete classroom-based training in options theory, market microstructure, and quantitative decision-making.
• Sit on a live trading desk and support your mentor in real, day-to-day trading activities.
• Learn to price options on listed financial instruments and understand trading strategies under the guidance of experienced traders.
• Observe daily trading positions and understand how they are optimized.
• Partner with traders and researchers on projects that will impact the business.
• Support the improvement of pricing models using statistical and quantitative techniques; provide data-driven insights to trading and research teams.
