Job summary

10x Team is seeking a Freelance Quantitative Modeler – AI Trainer to help train advanced AI systems from a remote setting. You will review outputs, guide modeling approaches, and provide practical examples while working 8–20 hours weekly.

Applicants should reside in the EU or UK with strong quantitative modeling expertise, data analytics skills, and the ability to deliver clear feedback on AI-driven reasoning. This role is 100% remote.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to quantitative modeling and data interpretation.
• Assess technical accuracy and feasibility of AI-driven modeling scenarios.
• Develop practical examples, use cases, and risk assessments from your experience.
• Create scenario variations for modeling roles including data scientists and risk modelers.
• Identify errors or risks in AI recommendations and provide actionable feedback.
• Help shape how AI models reason about quantitative logic and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to quantitative modeling, analytics, and data interpretation
• Assess the technical accuracy and feasibility of AI-driven modeling scenarios
• Develop practical examples, use cases, and risk assessments from your quantitative experience
• Create scenario variations for varying modeling roles – data scientists, quantitative analysts, risk modelers
• Identify errors, gaps, or risks in AI-generated suggestions, providing actionable, constructive feedback
• Directly shape how AI models reason about quantitative logic, best practices, and industry requirements

About You:

• Experienced quantitative modeler, data scientist, or analytics expert with a strong record of developing and applying mathematical models in business or research contexts
• Based in the EU or UK
• Deep knowledge of advanced analytics, model building, and data-driven decision making
• Methodical, analytical, and able to deliver clear, actionable feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with remote collaboration

Compensation

€88 – €160 per hour
