Poesis AI is seeking an exceptional Member of Technical Staff (Quantitative Finance) to collaborate with our CEO, Chief Scientist, and AI teams. You’ll prepare large financial datasets, design models and agents, and build testing tools, moving ideas from experiment to production to inform investment decisions.

This hybrid role is based at our Menlo Park office with relocation support. You’ll work close to cutting-edge research, contributing to scalable, robust quantitative systems for portfolio

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Math, Statistics, Physics, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with financial models or trading strategies.
• Experience building data pipelines for quantitative research.

Responsabilités

• Turn financial research and model prototypes into robust production systems.
• Make complex financial data reliable for rigorous modeling and investment research.
• Build scalable systems for feature generation, backtesting and model evaluation.
• Stress-test models and signals and understand robustness.
