Poesis is seeking a Member of Technical Staff focused on data engineering to build reliable data pipelines and autonomous AI agents that support our AI-native investment platform. You will work with financial data, tackle data quality issues, and collaborate with vendors to strengthen data foundations for backtesting and risk models.

This hybrid role is based in Menlo Park, CA, with relocation support and a strong benefits package.

Competenze

• Experience building production data pipelines for financial data
• Experience with data quality, point-in-time accuracy, and survivorship issues in finance
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and work with vendors as needed

Mansioni

• Build reliable autonomous AI agents that detect, investigate and resolve financial data errors, knowing when to escalate to humans
• Develop scalable data pipelines to ingest and harmonize new financial datasets across sources
• Address data integrity challenges like corporate actions, price conflicts and identifier mapping
• Enable backtesting and risk models by ensuring accurate and timely data delivery
