CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented risk analyst to support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) across quantitative risk analysis, regulatory deliverables, and related activities. You will maintain models, assist with risk quantification, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience with quantitative analysis, financial or statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of SQL and VBA.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, completeness, data integrity, and clear, well-organized documentation.
• Ability and willingness to learn complex quantitative models, understand how their components connect, and build the subject-matter expertise.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions, identify issues, and take ownership of assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of quantitative risk models, data flows, and business context; own ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
• Support enterprise economic capital model and other risk-quantification tools; investigate issues and explain updates.
• Collaborate with SMEs to collect data, validate assumptions, and translate business information into quantitative analysis.
• Prepare and analyze large datasets with profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Use SQL, Excel, and VBA, and optionally R or Python, to extract, transform, and model data; produce repeatable reporting.
