Qualifications

• Foundational experience with quantitative analysis, financial or statistical modeling, or complex analytical coursework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of SQL and VBA.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, completeness, data integrity, and clear, well-organized documentation.
• Ability to learn complex quantitative models and build subject-matter expertise over time.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of quantitative risk models and own their maintenance and enhancement.
• Support enterprise economic capital model and other risk-quantification tools and explain changes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business data into quantitative analysis.
• Prepare and analyze complex datasets with profiling, cleansing, validation, and transformation.
• Use SQL, Excel, VBA, and Python or R to extract data, perform analysis, and automate reporting.
• Maintain auditable documentation of data sources, rules, models, and governance activities.
• Support stress-scenario development and enterprise risk quantification with cross-functional partners.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
