Job summary

Evolve Group in New York City is seeking an experienced Quantitative Developer to work on-site with trading and research teams. You will help design and implement quantitative investment strategies and support critical research initiatives.

Bring 2+ years in a quantitative development role, strong Python skills, and excellent communication. Front office experience with asset classes is desirable; exceptional autonomy and impact are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in a quantitative development role or similar (Software Dev/Engineer).
• Demonstrate high proficiency in writing and reviewing Python.
• Experience collaborating with quantitative researchers and large dev teams preferable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with strong CS fundamentals.
• Strong communicator capable of working across multiple engineering roles is critical.
• Front office experience with any Asset Class desirable, though not essential.

• Partner with trading and research teams and play a key role in research and development of investment strategies.
• Contribute to mission-critical projects to keep the business at the top.
