Job summary

Millennium in New York seeks a seasoned software engineer to join the Fixed Income RAD team, delivering tactical, production-grade analytics and AI-enabled solutions for portfolio managers, traders and risk. You will prototype and build scalable tools that empower investment decisions.

You’ll develop data pipelines, dashboards and web UIs using React/TypeScript, Python and cloud technologies, and integrate AI/LLM capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of development experience in production environment.
Experience in financial markets using mathematics, modeling or statistics.
Experience with AI/LLM tools for development and/or AI solutions.
Full stack experience with React+TypeScript/Deno and cloud tech (Kubernetes EKS/ArgoCD).
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Prototype and deliver tactical, production-grade applications with PMs and traders.
Build data pipelines combining internal and market data for analytics and delivery formats.
Design data visualizations and web UIs surface data trends and workflows.
Develop and integrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities into team applications.
Collaborate with FI Management, Execution, and Risk to capture requirements.
Maintain, support and improve deployed capabilities as new requirements arise.
Deliver timely, production-quality solutions to PMs and risk desks.
