More about the role & team

We are seeking a talented and motivated Quantitative Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the quantitative libraries that perform the calculations at the core of Confluence's performance and risk engine, as well as the relevant application code.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful and expanding Quant Team, with responsibility to developing financial analytics for the whole Confluence Group. The candidate is expected to demonstrate a high degree of numerical, verbal and analytical competence and possess the aptitude for learning quickly.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in a numerate subject such as Physics, Math, Financial Engineering, or Financial-oriented Computer Science.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Python and C++, strong numerical and statistical skills, and good analytical skills.
An eagerness to keep learning and innovate is essential, along with good English skills.

You may have worked as a ‘Quantitative Developer", ‘Developer, or ‘Quantitative Programmer'.
