Quantitative Developer – High-Frequency Crypto Trading | NYC or Remote

I’m partnering with a cutting-edge, crypto-native proprietary trading firm that’s actively hiring a Quantitative Developer to join their elite team. This is an opportunity to build the core infrastructure behind fully systematic, high-frequency trading strategies in one of the fastest-moving markets in the world.

You’ll work alongside seasoned engineers from Jump Trading and Tower Research in a small, deeply technical, and high-impact environment, where every line of code directly influences trading performance.

• Design and optimize ultra-low-latency systems: feed handlers, order gateways, risk engines, and strategy infrastructure
• Build exchange connectivity to both established and emerging crypto markets
• Collaborate closely with quants and traders to drive strategy iteration and performance
• Scale infrastructure for new asset classes, geographies, and evolving market structures
• Contribute to long-term architecture and technical direction—full ownership from idea to deployment
• Strong C++ developer with a systems-level mindset
• Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals (CS/Engineering degree preferred)
• Thoughtful architect with a bias for action
• Independent, resourceful, and excited to own end-to-end projects
