Qualifications

• Experience extracting, integrating, and manipulating structured and unstructured data from multiple database platforms and data environments, including Hadoop.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners, analysts, and technology teams in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the extraction of data using programming languages (SQL, SAS, Python, Spark/Scala) across on-premise and hybrid platforms.
• Transforms data into meaningful values and insights for leaders to drive decisions.
• Performs quantitative analyses on customer, transaction, and performance data with guidance from seniors.
• Communicates complex subjects in an accessible way using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Tableau.
• Ensures quality checks and escalates data inconsistencies to leadership as needed.
• Follows governance, documentation, and quality-control standards for auditability and compliance.
