Job summary

Progress is reviewed weekly, and the program emphasizes real-world impact. A strong candidate has a quantitative background, SAS experience, and coding ability, with GPA and coursework aligned to finance or engineering.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with 1 year of experience.
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college/institution during the program.
• Able to commit 40 hours per week for the internship.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a dynamic team with interesting projects.
• Attend professional development sessions, informational sessions, networking and community service events.
• Have a dedicated manager and program manager to help you navigate the bank and the internship program.
• Be assigned a project designed to improve a specific process or solve a problem for presentation at the internship close.
• Prepare a wrap-up presentation to share with division leaders outlining accomplishments.
