Based in a U.S. Bank location, you’ll receive mentorship, exposure to senior executives, and opportunities to grow into a full-time rotational program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s or PhD in a highly quantitative field with a target graduation date in 2027 or 2028.
• Strong modeling and validation fundamentals across disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and vet quantitative methodologies with model development teams.
• Create, validate, test, and document models impacting the business.
• Develop technical and business acumen through training and mentorship.
