Job summary

Man Group is seeking a data-driven quantitative analyst for the Systematic Portfolio Analytics team in the US. You will develop analytics, KPIs and cross‑functional insights across AHL and Numeric, write code, and build tools that PMs and researchers actually use.

You will rapidly adopt AI tooling, work with vast datasets, and collaborate with traders and researchers across Atlantic teams to advance the firm’s systematic platform.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical & statistical skills with ability to translate into pragmatic solutions.
• Comfortable with large datasets and risk management techniques.
• Expertise in a high-level programming language and its scientific stack.

Responsibilities

• Write code, build reporting mechanisms, and create tools used by PMs and researchers.
• Develop analytics, KPIs and metrics turning raw data into intelligence.
• Carry out research to uncover non-obvious insights about strategies, signals and portfolios.
• Collaborate with PMs, researchers, technologists, and traders across teams.
