Job summary

Man Group is seeking highly motivated individuals with experience in systematic fixed income to help develop and improve our trading strategies within Man Systematic. Responsibilities include researching and implementing alpha signals from inception to live trading and enhancing monetization through electronic venues to lower costs.

The role requires 5+ years in systematic fixed income research, strong statistics/ML knowledge, and proficient programming.

Qualifications

• Degree with strong mathematical content in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in systematic fixed income research.
• Experience in systematic credit is a plus.
• Strong statistics/ML understanding and application to real problems.
• Proficient in at least one programming language; write clear, scalable code.
• Ability to write clear technical reports and present complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Proposing, researching, and implementing new alpha signals from inception to live trading.
• Improving monetization of strategies, focusing on electronic venues to reduce trading costs.
