Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Asset & Wealth Management Finance seeks a Quantitative Forecasting Platform Lead to own the roadmap for forecasting tools, including model implementation, production-grade Python tooling, and GenAI applications.

You will lead a team of quantitative developers and data scientists, ensuring governance and clear communications with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Technology. You will translate technical work into measurable outcomes, manage delivery milestones,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, model development, data science, financial forecasting or risk modeling.
• Strong Python engineering skills with production-grade data/model pipelines.
• Experience producing or deploying forecasting models in finance/risk/stress testing contexts.
• Ownership of end-to-end platform or tool used by business users, including production support.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap for forecasting tools for stress tests and BAU.
• Ensure tooling is robust, scalable, auditable, and fit-for-purpose.
• Implement models in Python and translate requirements into production pipelines.
• Lead a team of engineers and data scientists, managing sprint planning and delivery milestones.
• Governance routines: status updates, risk/issue tracking, decision logs.
