Job summary

Fionics in New York, NY is seeking a genuine quant developer to turn research into live, trading-ready systems. You’ll work directly with a senior trader, shipping ideas from concept to production with engineering rigor.

We value a builder’s mindset and strong coding craft, and you’ll contribute to ongoing initiatives in on-chain RWA markets as part of a well‑capitalised, funded direction.

Qualifications

• A genuine quant dev. You've worked hand in hand with QRs and PMs, taking research and putting it into live production.
• RWA or crypto experience is not required. The trading knowledge is on the desk.
• Strong engineering and a builder's mindset.
