Stryten Energy is seeking a Quality Manager to lead a data-driven, Six Sigma–driven transformation across our manufacturing network. You will champion ISO 9001 practices, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvements in product quality, cost, and supplier performance.

You will oversee cross-functional quality initiatives, manage budgets, and guide root-cause analyses and CAPA programs. Strong leadership and analytics are essential to succeed in this pivotal role.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Proven leadership in high-volume, mixed manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of quality management experience with proven results in quality, cost, and process performance.
• Strong analytical skills with statistical analysis experience (Minitab).
• Deep understanding of quality systems (FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, DOE).
• Excellent communicator with leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as change agent for quality transformation across the organization, aligning people, processes, and systems with Six Sigma and ISO 9001 best practices.
• Lead a multi-site quality team with budget, performance, and development oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing defects, scrap, and waste while improving product reliability and supplier quality.
• Develop and implement robust quality systems, procedures, and metrics for process control and product excellence.
• Lead RC-CAPA efforts using Six Sigma tools and statistical methods.
• Act as ISO 9001 Management Representative and lead audits and compliance activities.
