Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider delivering logistics excellence across consumer products and tech industries. As Lead Quality & Training Specialist, you will oversee the corrective action system, drive audits, and assure compliance with ISO9001/13485 and CSRs.

You will coordinate RCCA activities and mentor teams on quality improvement and documentation practices. You will partner with Operations and Quality, perform root cause investigations, and guide cross‑functional teams in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field.
• 5 Years' experience in Quality Management or a leadership role.
• Working knowledge of core quality system principles (PPAP, SPC, APQP) and RCCA methods.
• Six Sigma/Lean experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP Systems (SAP) and quality management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and maintain the Corrective Action System to meet ISO9001/13485 and CSRs.
• Review processes against corrective action plans and ensure timely implementation.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings and RCCA activities.
• Provide RCA expertise to Operations and Quality.
• Coordinate RCCA meetings and maintain the action-tracking system.
• Support audits and surveillance of third‑party quality systems.
