Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Training Coordinator to own QMS training processes within a warehouse environment. You will manage Kronos time records, training materials, and compliance across departments, driving process excellence.

The role requires 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity, ISO experience, and strong organizational and communication skills to foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems.
• Experience in ISO environments.
• Leadership experience in a supervisory role (2 years).
• Ability to maintain safety practices in warehouse settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Kronos time records for direct reports and audit new hire classes.
• Conduct QMS floor training using Floor Training Tracker.
• Perform needs assessments with department supervisors and update training materials.
• Generate reports from Employee Training Database and timekeeping system.
• Organize and store training records ensuring Records Retention compliance.
• Distribute training rosters and sign-off sheets to support QMS training.
• Maintain organizational structure in Employee Training Database reflecting training requirements.
