LNC Quality Testing Full Time Non-exempt
Starting Pay-$18.00
Hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm

The Quality Technician performs specified tests on manufactured products to ensure conformance to specifications using known formulations. The Technician provides production support by verifying quality from start-up to run completion. If nonconformities are detected, promptly inform the production and Quality Supervisor.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
College degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) preferred.
5S, Lean, or Green Belt Training are a plus.
Career Development or other certifications are a plus.
Experience: Solid work history with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience needed with lab or manufacturing preferred.
Some work experience leading others preferred.
Fluent in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (arrange/format data, create and format charts, etc.) .
Additional computer skills are a plus.
