Job Responsibilities
  • Monitors the daily adherence to established quality standards and procedures and recommends changes.
  • Oversees the daily auditing of finished products.
  • Investigates root causes of assembly defects and initiates the corrective action process as required.
  • Works with cross functional teams to resolve quality issues discovered by customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Job Skills Requirements
  • Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to understand LEAN principles to perform job duties for continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Experience Requirements
  • 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment involved with final assembly
Physical & Environmental Requirements

Some physical demand; often lifts light weight material. Rarely lifting/moving average weight (25-50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material.

Generally good working conditions.

Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
