Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd is seeking a Final Test Team Lead to direct the quality assurance team on the 2nd shift at our Saugerties, NY facility. You will ensure daily quality targets are met, train team members in quality processes, and act as the SME for quality standards.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and disciplined adherence to processes. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of assembly experience and 1–3 years of lead or supervisory experience, with the ability to read engineered

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and diagrams.
• Experience with hand tools and small power tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of quality inspectors to meet daily targets.
• Drive a safety-first culture on the shop floor.
• Facilitate training for the quality assurance team.
• Communicate progress and troubleshoot across teams.
• Maintain organized work areas (5S).
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain positive team morale and collaboration.
• Serve as SME for quality processes.
• Oversee labor transactions and routing (Encompix).
• Manage performance reviews for direct staff.
