Job summary

Anduril Industries is offering a summer internship focused on production quality support and hands-on hardware assessment. You will analyze data, develop KPIs/OKRs, and lead process improvements within the quality engineering team.

The role requires an in-person 12-week commitment in summer 2027 at one of Anduril's offices in the United States, with exposure to hardware prototyping and supplier interactions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Math, or hard science.
• Returning to school after internship for at least one quarter/semester.
• U.S. Person due to export-controlled information; U.S. clearance may be required.
• Ability to complete a 12-week in-person internship in summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Own a portion of the production quality support process.
• Conduct data analysis and data mining to identify trends in product quality.
• Develop and maintain KPIs & OKR metrics for quality improvement.
• Lead a project to transform a quality engineering process or method.
• Support the quality management system and manage documentation/training after the project.
• Write documentation for hardware quality such as work instructions and inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to build and measure prototype hardware.
• Possibly travel to suppliers for sourcing, issues, and quality procedures.
