Cintal, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in Decatur, IL to lead corrective actions for customer and internal quality events and to drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• BS preferred; Associate degree with 5 years of experience acceptable.
• Strong communication skills and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely Emergency, Interim and Permanent corrective actions for both Customer and internal quality events across disciplines.
• Act as ambassador, coach and sub-workstream lead for E2E Built in Quality.
• Lead quality improvement projects using Office 365 tools.
• Provide Internal Continuous Improvement support.
• Manage internal & external Customer relationships with Manufacturing Engineering teams.
• Apply 6 Sigma and 8D methodologies.
