GEOTEK LLC is seeking a Process Quality Technician to drive and sustain a quality culture on the shop floor through daily audits and assessments. You will report to the Supervisor of Quality and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.

Responsibilities include ensuring process documentation adherence, performing process and product checks, and conducting audits to confirm conformance to customer requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of production/manufacturing and quality experience or an Associates/ Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of production/manufacturing quality support/execution experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers and programs.
• Problem-solving skills; Ability to implement corrective actions.
• Self-starter with a results driven mentality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels, inside and outside the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Work Conditions

60 – 40 split between office and plant work environment.

The compensation range for this position is $21.50 - $24.00. $2.00 shift differential will be added to compensation. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions.
