Kelly, in partnership with Compal USA Technology, seeks a Training Technician – Quality in Taylor, TX. The role focuses on delivering quality training, maintaining documentation, and coordinating onboarding and certifications to uphold high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver and support engaging quality-related training for new and current team members.
• Keep training schedules running smoothly and all documentation up-to-date and audit-ready.
• Track training completion, coordinate onboarding and certifications, and keep everyone in the loop- especially management and supervisors.
• Be a proactive partner in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

• Excellent recordkeeping skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
